Ophra Paul, Founder and Chief Writer

Ophra graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with an individually crafted degree in Museum Studies. She has worked in various museums in the DC area including The Art Gallery at The University of Maryland, The Textile Museum, The Corcoran Gallery of Art and The Phillips Collection. Ophra was also a member of the prestigious Contemporary Art Purchasing Program at the University of Maryland where she had the privilege to be part of a panel of students who researched and selected works of art to be purchased for and displayed in the Adele H. Stamp Student Union. 

Deb3Deborah Elizabeth Kadish, Contributing Editor

Deb is currently studying Studio Art and English at the University of Maryland College Park. She is the Art Editor for Stylus, UMD’s literary journal, a first year resident of the Jiménez-Porter Writers’  House, a living-learning program for creative writers, and was a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Art Theory for two semesters. Currently she is spearheading a program to bring the campus Art and Literary communities together in an effort to enhance meaningful creative exchange and cross-genre thought.

Dani Daniella Lager, Associate Editor

 Daniella Lager graduated from the  University of Maryland with a degree  in International Business. She has  honed her writing and editorial  techniques in both academic and  professional settings and currently  assists with various editorial aspects  of this publication. Although not  formally educated in contemporary  arts, Daniella possesses a keen  interest in may areas of art and exhibition and views her editorial capacity as an opportunity to learn more about the methods and techniques used by featured contemporary artists.

AlisonAlison Reilly, Contributor 

Alison recently graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.A. in Art History and a minor in French. She completed her honors thesis on the sculpture and theory of the Polish artist, Katarzyna Kobro. She has interned for the Gladstone Gallery in New York City and the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington DC and was a member of the Contemporary Art Purchasing Program at the University of Maryland. Currently, she is co-curating a show, PAUSE, which will open at the Stamp Gallery in June.
